Q. The color of the carafe has turned white.What’s happening?

The discoloration of resin jugs and carafes can happen for a couple of reasons:

If the drink you're using is hotter than 90°C, the plastic may deform or discolor, as our jugs and carafes are designed to withstand temperatures up to 90°C.

When plastic comes into contact with citrus fruit juices or its peel, it can react with substances like terpene and limonene found in lemon and orange peels. This reaction can cause the plastic to turn white and become cloudy.
