**Warranty Policy**
**Warranty Coverage**
We warrant our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of six months from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from KINTO USA.
**What’s Covered**
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace or repair it at our discretion, provided that the claim meets the following conditions:
* The damage occurred during shipping or normal use within the warranty period.
* You notify us within 7 days of delivery with:
* Photos clearly showing the damage to the item and its packaging.
* Your order number and proof of purchase.
Claims submitted after this period cannot be honored.
**What’s Not Covered**
This warranty does not cover:
* Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or improper care.
* Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, fading, paint chipping, etc.).
* Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
* Failure to follow care or cleaning instructions.
* Products used for commercial purposes or outside the U.S.
* Natural variations in materials. For ceramic items, subtle differences in color tone, glaze texture, or surface finish are part of the nature of the material and the handcrafting process; they are not considered defects.
**How to Submit a Claim**
Please contact us at support@kinto-usa.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.
**Limitation of Liability**
KINTO USA’s liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective products under this warranty.We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from product use.
