Once an order has been placed, you will have one (1) hour from the time the order is placed to make any changes, including updates to the shipping address, modifications to payment method, addition of items, or cancellation of the order.
If you need to update your shipping address, modify your payment method, add items, or cancel your order, you may do so within one (1) hour of placing your order. After this time, your order will be processed and sent to our warehouse, and no further changes can be made.
Please note that KINTO USA and our warehouse are available from Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.
